Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Age and identity across both cities
Every KW Weed Delivery customer and receiving adult must be at least 19, and valid government photo ID is required at the Kitchener or Waterloo handoff without exception.
Confirmation turns a request into an order
The website form submits a request, not a completed purchase; an order proceeds only after the destination, availability, total and delivery estimate are confirmed and approved.
Supplier changes and illustrative discounts
Supplier availability and prices can change, while sample deals on the site are examples only, so the confirmation text controls the items, pricing and discounts for the proposed order.
Cross-city value and timing rules
A $40 minimum and free delivery over $80 apply in both cities, daily hours are 9am to 11pm, and about 45 minutes after confirmation is typical rather than a guaranteed arrival time.
COD at the actual destination
Payment is COD at the door for the amount confirmed by text, and the recipient must be present with ID instead of asking for a parcel to be left in a shared area.
Responsible possession and contact
Secure cannabis away from children and pets, comply with applicable property rules, avoid impaired driving, and send questions about these terms to [email protected].
